SYTECH Annual Science and Technology Association and the 2019 Innovation Award Meeting Grandly Held
On November 20, 2020, SYTECH Annual Science and Technology Association and the 2019 Innovation Award Meeting was grandly held in Songshan Lake. Chairman Mr. Liu Shufeng, CEO Mr. Chen Renxi, Vice Executive President Mr. Dong Xiaojun, R&D President Mr. Zeng Yaode of SYTECH Group, Director Mr. Yang Zhongqiang, and Vice Director Mr. Liu Qianfa of National R&D Center, colleagues of R&D, QA, production, processing and IP from the group, more than 100 people attended.
Chairman Mr. Liu’s made keynote speech “assess the situation, improve and reform”
Director Mr. Yang Zhongqiang of National R&D Center delivered a speech, “from following to leading, enhance applied basic research, improve systematic R&D capability”. Mr. Wang Meng, Secretary of SYTECH Science and Technology Association, introduced project management of R&D Center.
PCB customer representative is invited to share "Supercomputer PCB Technical Requirements and Development Trends on CCL". From the downstream customer's perspective, he expounded the latest requirements of PCB innovation on CCL brought by the development of the new generation Supercomputer.
Mr. Xiao Qinggang from SYTECH (Shaanxi), Mr. Pan Hualin, Mr. Pan Junjian, and Ms. Xu Yongjing from SYTEH (Guangdong) shared their expertise in R&D design platform, applied platform, engineering transformation, Intellectual Property, and other areas respectively.
In 2020, SYTECH continue to enhance R&D input and strengthen R&D project’s scientific management, keep making innovation and progress in various areas and processes, and achieved quite big success from R&D to marketing.
Innovation Award
The 2019 Technical and Management Innovation Award Ceremony marked the peak of the meeting. 132 awards were presented, including 10 Patent Implementation Awards, 99 Technical Innovation Indirect Result Awards and 7 Direct Result Awards, 4 Management Innovation Indirect Awards and 3 Direct Awards, 7 Technical Innovation Indirect Result Awards and 2 Direct Awards of the subsidiaries.

Chairman Special Award
In order to award technical staff who made great technical breakthroughs or outstanding market contribution, Chairman Special Award is set up to better motivate them to be market-oriented, develop material technology and create more values.
Mr. Chen summarized that SYTECH highly values technical progress and scientific management. He encouraged technical management should go deeper into the site, get to know more about production, and widen the R&D platform. He also emphasized that R&D, processing, marketing and customer service staff should work together closely, and to respond to the customer and market with more professional and efficient solution.
Work down-to-earth, strive continuously to strengthen; work cohesively, adapt quickly to innovate. In the new development era, we need to assess the situation, improve and strengthen, and grab the opportunities brought by the time and industry development. Together, with innovation and scientific management, SYTECH will continue to promote technical progress and engineering transformation, to create more values.
